TrainCan, Inc. is a national food safety training company with a head office in Pickering that supports both English and French learning. With our large network of trainers and testing centers across the country we are in a position to help you achieve and exceed your local food handler public health requirements. TrainCan is proud to partner with Farm Boy to provide online food handler certification to meet manager/operator needs in this important area.

Here are three important things to know about this portal:

1. All training must be requested via the portal by Farm Boy manager for staff within their stores. You may request as many codes as you require, they will not expire so do not lose any unused codes. If your request is approved, your store will be billed by head office.
2. All requests must be approved and will be sent via email to your Farm Boy store manager/operator. If they approve your request PINS and PASSWORDS will be sent back to your email address, and your store will be billed by head office. If your request is declined, there will be no billing. Your store manager/operator will be in touch to discuss any concerns.
3. A final in class exam is required. Once your staff have completed the online course they will be prompted to book a seat for challenging a proctored exam. The online course participants will be presented a choice of exam locations and dates upon completion of the online course.
